I am a licensed Mortgage Agent Level 2 in the Province of Ontario. I work with clients across Ontario to provide mortgage advice, financing solutions, and access to a wide range of lenders.

As a Mortgage Agent Level 2, I can work with traditional lenders, alternative lenders, and private mortgage lenders. This allows me to help clients with a broader range of situations, including:
- Self-employed income scenarios
- Credit challenges
- Time-sensitive financing
- Unique properties
Please note: Private mortgages may involve higher rates and fees. I will explain all options clearly.
Lender Relationships
I have access to 35+ lenders including banks, credit unions, and alternative lenders. MortgageBroker.ca acted for over 53 lenders in 2025, with more than 50% of volume placed with Scotiabank.
These figures may change year to year. MortgageBroker.ca is a franchise of Mortgage Centre Canada, and each office is independently owned and operated.
Compensation Disclosure
MortgageBroker.ca is typically compensated by the lender when a mortgage is funded. In some cases (such as private lending), fees may be charged directly to the client and will be disclosed in writing.
Conflict of Interest
If a potential conflict arises, it will be disclosed to you in writing before proceeding.
